In fact, there was also a color difference! ? 100 Famous Views of Edo Kameido Umeyapo " Honolulu Museum of Art Collection
Kenji Takenaka, the 5th generation takenaka wood plate representative, has been visiting the Honolulu Museum of Art (Honolulu Museum of Art) in Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S.A. for several years since 2007, visiting ukiyo-e works from the museum's collection and meetings with curators. Among them, we focused on the fact that there are three other color differences in the color scheme of original works in the museum's "100 Famous Views of Edo Kameido Umeyapo", and we proposed a reprint to the museum to verify its existence and obtained approval for the production.
As the first reprint, we started selling works with the same color scheme as the original ukiyo-e.
Produced by skilled craftsmen, this work is only available at the Honolulu Museum of Art Museum Shop, Takesasado Store, and Online Shop.
